I came across this Pine and Lime page on the Instagram and I started exploring to make my pet portrait. The whole process of uploading photograph, previewing and placing the order was such an smooth transition. Post the order the customer service executive was in touch to make changes as per my requirement and taste. Finally the order arrived in two days and voila that was such a beautiful portrait of my dog and the framing was so flawless my whole family members are loving it. My pet is super excited about his picture.

I love the product and it was a great surprise to my partner. The only problem was the blue dart courier service. At 1st attempt the delivery agent didn't even call but flagged the delivery as incomplete address.
