Calls are not goin thru to my phone and when they do they drop. Also I was being charged 19.99 for each call and when I try to cancel subscription they continued billing me 19.99 at random times thruout each month.

Keeps saying signature invalid. Very frustrating bcuz it never showed where to do signature and no option after my 1st letter
I am busy at work a lot of days and I don’t make it to the post office or sometimes I forget to drop off my letters. It’s convenient to take a break at work or while I’m in bed write or send my son letters and pics with a couple of clicks. Thanks

This helps me get everything done at one time the pictures and letter. Just need more space for the letters.
I said very pleasurable experience with pigeonly the lady that help me with very kind and courteous and very knowledgeable of her work and I just want to let you know the pictures that y'all make for the prisoners are very beautiful I've had very many comments on them and y'all are doing a great job

Too complicated
I like the convenience. I think the phone system (I had to add money myself) is not smoothest, but it's working. I think it's because different facilities have different phone system, but pigeonly does try it's best.
