Took a couple of days to get accustomed to having it in my black coffee but it has certainly done what it said it would . Jury's still out Just finished 1 month supply and i'm not convinced I have had the level of success expected - I would say that inflammation in knees has marginally improved but not to the level expected by the marketing - added to this one of the capsules was empty! given the expense of the product I would have hoped for some better quality-control to be in place
