I love the service ,but some time the operator comes on when I am talking to some one in germany and tells me I am out of minutes and hangs up.I am on a monthly account , so that should not happen. Maybe you can fix this problem. thank you

I called several times and and my calls were answered by some random people I don't know what has to be fixed but thats scary, it seems my calls were being redirected
We found this service very easy to set up and use. We make calls overseas on a regular basis and the cost is pennies on this. We can use our cell phone or landline. Adding more credits is super easy as well. We love it! Keep up the low cost and excellent service! Highly recommend to anyone who calls overseas. Much cheaper than cellular companies plans.
