Horrible customer service. I was unable to log in to my account for several weeks. I kept sending requests for a callback. Just heard crickets. Soon as I use up all of my money I will never subscribe again. This is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with
I hadn’t heard of this site but thought it was worth a go for my elderly 84 yo Austrian neighbor in Australia. She had been buying expensive phone cards for years and was always hesitant to call her sisters in Austria and Germany due to the cost. This is the cheapest means I have found for her. She has never had a problem with the quality of the lines or getting a connection. I would highly recommend phone club !!!

Everytime I start talking on the phone after few minutes the other party stops hearing me and I get disconnected and have to dial again. Service seems unreliable.

Good prices, great quality calls. Useful that they have pre paid plans starting from 2usd and not only monthly plans. Bottomline, service do what it should do. One small disadvantage, no recharge from iPhone app.
