This is very average foundation. The color match is ok, the coverage is average but it doesn't blur imperfection. Actually it accentuate my pores. It's advertise as a perfect foundation for mature skin but in my opinion it's too matte and looks flat on the face.
Phoera foundation gives absolutely beautiful coverage that lasts all day. I find it extremely lightweight and it stays matte on my oily skin. Perfect shade for me and very affordable.
I ordered two (what I thought were) lighter colors, thinking I'd blend them together. The two colors I ordered, #104 Buff Beige and #105 Sand. Both colors look nothing like the photos on their website. Buyer Beware: Returns are not accepted. They did offer a 50% off price for new color but I'm done with them. Who knows if that color will work?
I love this foundation, it suits my skin so much better than the expensive brands & at a snip of the price & I am very cautious when it comes to make up, especially if it is cheap, but no problems here I ordered on Sunday evening & my order arrived this morning, so delivery was fabulous! I don’t normally write reviews, but with some of the negative ones on here, I felt it was well deserved Well done Phoera .. a very satisfied customer 👌🏼 will definitely keep purchasing
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the product back in June. My credit card was charged immediately. After a substantial wait of a month I checked the shipping number. It claimed it was stuck in US Customs. I notified Phoera. They replied that the order would be delivered shortly. About a month later they asked me how I liked my foundation. I wrote back that I had not received it. I asked for my money back. They responded that they would look into it. It is now September and I cannot get satisfaction. No one responds, the product is not here and my money is gone. This company has questionable business practices.
Make up is never something you can run out of. Well with Phoera, you never do. I can order now and next day its delivered. I have never ordered something and been dissappointed. Service and speed and quality are Phoeras best assets. I tell all my friends about Phoera, you never dissappoint! Welld one
The color they told me which matched my skin the best was very orange and didn't match at all. They don't take opened items back. They wanted to send me another color at 50% off. I declined since this color can be wrong again. Why wouldn't they have samples to try before buying? Don't waste your money!
The foundation I was sent was faulty, there was no tube to pump it out. I had a reply to ask that I press the top about 15 times and it would work, well it didn't and I could see with the top of there was hardly anything in the tube. I was advised I would get a replacement which never came and have never had a reply since to any of my emails.
Nicest support experience in a long time. Thanks Mujeeb! I had issues with the bottle and after contacting the support and explaining what the problem was, they replaced my order without any costs for me. Plus, the foundation is lovely. nice texture and I was able to hit my skin tone on point with this product.
I ordered Phorea, and was extremely disappointed in both the product and customer service. I received a notice after 2 weeks saying my order would be delayed, so overall waited close to amonth for its arrival. Once received I opened the packages and tried the product on the back of my hand, but the colors looked like an orangey-pink color, way off my skin tone. I immediately contacted Phorea to see about exchanging the product, and my response was that if I opened the package, they will not exchange, but instead discount a bottle so I can try again for the correct color. To me, this is unacceptable. This product is not cheap, and their colors seem way off. So I'm supposed to buy every color to try to match my skintone? Not happy with this company. I also noticed you can buy this product on Amazon for about a quarter of the price.
Don’t Waste Your Money!! This foundation is awful! The worst I have ever tried. The applicator was bent and looked used. I have emailed them three times to arrange a return/refund and no response. No paperwork enclosed. I also used the Yuka App to check the product and it came back ‘Poor’ DON’T BUY!!
I've been using Phoera for a couple years now. I'm 62 and have a few lines and wrinkles. I purchase mine on Wal-Mart.com. It's cheaper there. I absolutely love this foundation. I mix mine with a little bit of my face cream so it's not quite as thick. Use a damp makeup sponge or my fingers to apply. Doesn't take much and goes a long way. Have had a lot of compliments. I'm never without this product.
I was a bit sceptical after ordering this and then reading some of the reviews. I live in Ireland so it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive and I was beginning to think I would not get it as there was no order and no tracking and no reply from the Support page. I ordered it on Instagram. So I did get a reply when I enquired about my order on Instagram only and I was pleasantly surprised they supplied me with tracking. My order arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. This foundation looks very nice and definitely spreads as good as my usual one. My only fault would be that there is no SPF factor included in it. Great price though. I think I will order more of it. This is a genuine review.
Ordered Dyson Air wraps at the beginning of December for my daughter's Christmas present, after a week I had heard nothing so chased up they said they would soon be processed and that if they didn't arrive in time for Christmas I could return them. They didn't arrive in time so I purchased from an alternative supplier. Chased a few more times and eventually the arrive the first week in January. There were no instructions how to return the item. I've chased up information how to return on several occasions now and no response from them, awful customer service. Now looking like I'm going to be stuck with a £400 purchase that is no good to me that can't be returned. DO NOT USE
I ordered my foundation before Christmas, not only has it not arrived, there’s no way to track it ! I have been told they are dealing with it,,then get a message addressing me with a different name, and account,,? I have now requested a refund
The phoera foundation is absolutely awful and nothing like the reviews they display on FB. The product had a weird unnatural colour and highlights every single crease or wrinkle. The packaging looks cheap. The price on Amazon and other sites is 4 times smaller.
At first try I loved it and ordered a second one. It arrived in NZ ok. But for some reason half way through the bottle it seemed to dry out too quickly on the skin so it couldn't be spread. Now I can only use it with moisturiser still wet. That combo is working quite well but no longer lasting all day. So won't buy it again.
Myphoera is a horrendous (https://#yphoera.com) (support#myphoera.com)unorganised incommunicative supposed company. They send incorrect products, no exchange, no refund - yet! And zero communication. A robot occasionally responds with utterly random messages. The official sites of Phoera are fantastic, only use them
Purchased the foundation, it claims its none cakey and hides wrinkles. It's the total opposite, it is a terrible product . Extremely cakey and emphasises wrinkles. I requested a refund because it states on their website , money back guaranteed if unhappy. I emailed quoting their website but was told money back only on unopened products. Absolute tosh , how can you find out if its good or bad without trying the product? Do not buy , it's the worst foundation I've ever purchased. The reviews speak for themselves. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing.
Multiple issues with Phoera. They advise buying 2 different foundations and blending them to get the right colour ! Sneaky marketing ploy but most people would want to buy one foundation that is the right colour. Delivery took almost 2 months. Aggressive marketing, and requesting a review when product hadn't even arrived. Foundation itself is too light for my skin and sinks into fine lines and wrinkles, making it unsuitable for mature skin. I'll stick with a dewy foundation, matt is not kind to older skin. It did give good coverage, but that's the only positive. I also couldn't find any authenticated evidence of Phoera being a "cruelty free" brand. Note to self: don't buy products advertised on social media.
