Purest Water I've found that the water from the filter is producing the cleanest/purest water I've ever taken a drink of. I also feel that it's more hydrating, though I'm not sure that's a thing. In any case. I love it and highly recommend investing in the gravity filter. It's also very simple to put together and arrived quickly. Not sure if it's possible, but a travel-size filter would also be ideal, for vacationing. Thanks, Phoenix!

The customer service with Phoenix has been so amazing and really helpful. The water filter is a beautiful looking thing and the wooden stand looks so amazing as well. Really happy and would absolutely recommend. I looked at a few other water filters and I'm so glad I went for the Phoenix one.
Got my water filter last week it is fabulous and now we are not using plastic bottles. Took some time to set up instructions could be better but overall I am so please with this
New fluoride filter refills delivered as a replacement for a split bag on a previous order. Customer service agents seemed motivated to resolve the issue quickly. Only took a few days to receive the replacements.
This water filter is brilliant, stylish and i love it. Its abit tricky forcing water through the filters initially...can be a bit messy! One thing i would love to see, would be a water level gauge on the filter, as its not easy to tell how much is in there and when you add more. I would defineatley reccommend this product as a filter system, above others i have tried.
Very pleased with my filter. I could smell the difference between Phoenix water and tap the minute I filtered some. Initially there was a couple of washers missing but the company got straight onto it and I was sent another tap too!! I am sure this is a very isolated incident. Any questions you have are dealt with in great detail and understanding. A company with traditional customer service ethics which I'm afraid are now seen as time consuming or pointless with most industries.

A truly excellent water filter made with high grade stainless steel, so welcome after years of plastic filters! My water source is from a gravity well and after UV screening to now filter water via the Phoenix makes for a very pure source of quality drinking water.

Complicated fiddly set up, bigger than expected, no nice wood stand, maintenance sounded equally fiddly and annoying. Sent back and given full refund
Quick delivery . Great water filter . Takes away all the necessary heavy metals and bacteria. Value for money
Certainly not very robust. Parts included differed from the scant instructions. Took over an hour to fix cartridges and not sure how correct they were. Had to phone for help with tap. Again different fittings seemed incompatible with what I’d expect tap washers to be . Tap leaks constantly so unusable. It’s also very heavy so doubt I’d cope with replacing parts etc. very disappointed and wasted £280. Doubt I’ll get refund but have asked. I will update if I do get refund. Won’t recommend.

Ordering replacement filters was easy. The process was simple and the order was well packaged and received quickly. Instructions on fitting the cartridges was included. A very good ordering experience.

My experience with Phoenix has been the best I've ever had with any company. I had serious concerns about the jug filter I had been using, and so it was important for me to have all the facts before I changed to Phoenix. Right from the start, they were incredibly helpful, they answered my (many) questions promptly, and were completely transparent about their product, and gave me honest advice. I got my filter up and running last weekend, and apart from looking beautiful, the water tastes completely pure...now, in comparison, I realise that all the jug filters I've had in the past, did have an aftertaste. I have told everyone I know who has a jug filter, to change over to Phoenix, my sister already has.
