I looked it up on line. Easy to find. A new waterproof liner to replace old line that lasted 6yrs.

Ordered just before Christmas and was surprised at the quick delivery. Received in time for Christmas. The water bowl is good quality and perfect size. Used to have a metal water bowl but dogs didn’t like it and was constantly cleaning it. What a difference with this bowl and two happy dogs. Fleece blanket is great quality and dogs have given it there seal of approval.

Brought a Chateau Orthopaedic Dog Mattress two months ago and the inside fabric is disintegrating leaving me with the loose crumb filling which is now a choking hazard to my dog making the £70 bed useless after two months! Email customers services and never got a response! Poor quality and poor customer service.

Great item, quality wise n fast delivery

This company is using Evri (Hermes) for deliveries and therefore my order will not reach me as the delivery service in my area was non-existent with Hermes. I have requested that my order, that is now 2 weeks overdue, is sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked. I am very disappointed and my dog is still waiting for her Christmas present - her new dog bed cover!

I accidentally brought the wrong item, Pets Loves Scruffs had no issue with me returning the item and they gave me a full refund including my postage.

The most comfortable bed for our dog. Arrived in good condition and on time. Dog loves it. Easy to wash.

Bought one of the Scruffs Windsor box beds which was delivered today, I have to say I’m appalled by what I’ve received. The only nice thing about the bed is the fabric. The bed looks nothing like in the photographs for the adverts where the bed is plump and well stuffed and solid looking. The one I have received looks half stuffed and the edges are collapsing because they’re not firm enough. I spent a week looking for a good dog bed and it was the photographs of the bed that sold this for me. Very deceiving as photographs are part of the description of an item. Would definitely not recommend Scruffs dog beds.

we ordered a replacement bed COVER for our dog 70X 100 brown Chateau. What arrived was new bed, called Chester 80x 60 incredibly thin and completely the wrong product , wrong size, poor quality . When we tried to contact the company, phone lines down due to COVID... WHY !!!! on line chat not available. No receipt with the order. It beggars belief that they can get this so wrong so many times

5 stars and more for sorting out an issue. One phone call, where staff listened, asked questions and requested I returned goods. A no quibble replacement was received within days. Super customer service, thank you and well done.

The items are of great quality and arrived in one piece (which is more than I can say for another company I ordered bowls from). Great size and good value for money.
