I really hate when a websiter lures me into checkout with "free delivery" and then it turnes out that they don't deliver at all, but offer click and collect, and they have lek 5 store in the whole country.

Booked my Patterdale terrier in to get cut in Petmania Jetland Limerick and got a call saying they will only do a wash and blow dry and when I asked why they said he was too big and they never had him before, even though he's just a terrier (barely a medium-sized dog) and he was with Petmania since he was a pup and he's 14 years of age now. The person on the phone was rude and wouldn't give a proper answer other than what I have stated, I will be going higher about this. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
