Fantasic fast service
I recently had my dog groomed in the Carlow branch of pet mania. We have been bringing him there 10 years, at least three times per year. He is a cross of Alsatian and boxer so is classed as a large dog.we never had any issues with the store and in fact had a good friendly relationship with the staff up until lately. On our last visit and one previous visit they tried to charge us for an Xtra Large dog which incurs more expense. The store were the ones who originally classed our dog and we never complained always paying the requested amount. I emailed the complaints department about the visit and they got the store manager to ring me which I thought wasn't very constructive as it was his store we had the issue with. I emailed them back asking them to contact me themselves to which I received an email with some very inaccurate information and no phone call. I feel the store has let us down , we had been very loyal customers and always pleased with the groomer who attended our dog.Because of this bad experience we won't be bringing our pet there again
