Very poor customer service. I have tried to phone over 10 times in the past two days but have been cut off on every occasion. Have emailed several times with no response. I place an order for two bottles of perfume of the same type but only received one. Further to my initial comments I appreciate that the issue has now been resolved but an improvement in customer service would have avoided my initial comments. Thankyou for resolving and I have now changed my rating.
