Don't buy from this website. I ordered a bottle of Hugo Boss, but they delivered to the wrong address. They then refused to refund me or resend the package. I complained but was told that I have to go to the address they mistakenly used to ask for my package! I did this (Against the advice of the post office) but they do not have it. I buy online regularly and have items delivered all the time. This is the first time this has happened. There is a reason why they are the cheapest; Terrible customer service, incompetent order process. My advice is to pay a little bit more and don't take the risk on this lot.

They told me ordered the men's perfume when it clearly stated women's on their site. Complained to no avail. They are rude and not helpful at all even the management. I Sent screen shot to prove what I said and they told me they are useless and wouldn't even look into it. This was £149.10 for a 200ml bottle. Robbing bas****s DO NOT USE!!!
I was really impressed with the price!! I struggle to get Escada perfume, except at the airport. I bought two fragrances from Perfume Click in 100ml size for less than half the price I'd paid for 50ml in the airport! 🥳 The service was great and quick delivery even though I ordered just after Christmas.

I ordered Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Eau de Cologne 100ml Spray which arrived all ok except without it’s original packaging which is rather disappointing as it was a gift & now looks like it was brought off a dodgy market stall.
