Order email confirmation received for delivery next day. On arrival at slotted time the Office was Closed (although website search stated differently and had not, at the time of ordering been updated) Spoke to the telephone number and rearrange appointment for 29.12.22 when the office reopens. Result missed my requirements for packing on time.
