wow!!! what an amazing company, nothing is too much trouble for Will. What Will doesn't know is not worth knowing or he knows someone who does and gets back to you asap. My experience was 1st class and way above my expectations.

I have now used this system for the past 6 years within a High School and as a parent for my own children, it is easy to use and the options available are very straight forward. The company staff and owners go above and beyond if any unusual requests are put to them for the booking system. Would highly recommend the company and product. Amazing.

We have been using this booking system for almost a year. The booking system is user friendly and the support you receive during the initial setup and ongoing is excellent. Parent Consultations are so much easier to organise. We are now using the system for all our parent based events. Thank you Will for all your help setting up our Parent Workshops. Your knowledge and experience makes my job less stressful.

Categorically the worst janky system for online calls I've ever used. It's pathetic. Even the CSS is completely broken in places. Responsive design? Don't make me laugh. I'm a software engineer. I spend my life in conference calls using every other system imaginable. Apparently my computer isn't up to it according to this system. I've worked with Twillio (the back end system this site uses) and this is utterly, utterly the worst implementation I've ever come across. I haven't been able to actually have ANY of the calls booked with my daughters teachers. I'm furious.

Wanted to give it no stars. Took me 20 mins to book one appointment. Waiting over an hour to book another appointment and the progress dial is still spinning. Judging from all the frustration on the school chat mine is not an isolated incident. Would be good if the booking system could handle more than one concurrent user!

Shocking- did not work on Google Chrome on either phone or desktop computer. Missed all appointments

It did everything it said on the tin. Easy to set up and implement Staff liked it, parents liked it Not much else we can say

I have muddled through this system for a few years now but thought I would attend the refresh training as we are now going to be using the video system in school. Will was really clear and informative and I learned lots of new features which I didn't know existed. Thank you very much.

An easy to use system that solves one of the major problems of teaching during the ongoing pandemic, the system is very intuitive and easy to understand. Also makes parents evening much quicker and more efficient! Brilliant!

Fabulous system to use. Will is extremely helpful, nothing is too much bother. Got my parents evening set up in minutes and all set to go. Feedback from parents and staff felt that the video calls worked extremely well.

The system is very clever but I feel that there are a few additions to the system that would make it an easier admin user experience. Once you have it all set up the system is very slick for teachers and parents. We started using this system out of necessity due to Covid but we will be continuing to use it again this academic year.

As long as following the instructions to set up clearly, it is quite a straight-forward system to set up. Going to try adding the facility of adding a second parent to video call in our next bookings. The biggest issue we had was whilst parents booking in, their information wasn't matching what we had on file, easily sorted, just made for lots of interruptions throughout the day getting to the bottom of why their information wasn't matching up. All a learning curve, but definitely a way forward using this system.

I am a bit dense when it comes to this sort of thing, but it made really easy for me and my partner to both be there for our daughters first parents evening, when normally that wouldn't be an options due to working.

Set-up was a doddle. Slick interface and easy to use.

I pressed two or three buttons and it did everything else for me, no faffing about waiting for other people to be done. Easiest parents night i have had to attend for my two.

Excellent system which is so easy to use. Video conferencing has made an enormous difference in this last, very difficult, session. Allowing parents to book appointment times that suit them, without time being wasted between appointments, is the only way forward. I am so glad this system is available to us.

Being able to book parent teacher meetings via video call at a time that is so most suitable is so convenient. It’s also possible to leave notes to discuss particular issues with teachers. The feature to book school clubs is also so handy. Excellent system and so easy to use.

I just wanted to say how useful and easy it is use Parents Booking to make my parents evening appointments. It allows me to book meetings with teachers at a time and order that suits me. Setting up meetings is on-line with immediate confirmation. Teachers and I can communicate in advance about anything that specifically needs discussing, and if I prefer, I do the parents evening using on line video technology.

To be able to do parents evenings over video is fantastic!
