I am extremely happy with the quality of my award, and their service to me (an online customer on the other side of the country) was phenomenal. They checked in with me to review the formatting on the plate and got the trophy to me swiftly. They also have a selection which far outmatches any competitor’s. This is the place I will be using in the future.
Got the wrong item
They were very accommodating. Although, I thought the okay to go forward with the order was sufficient. It wasn't until I search my emails that I found the email requesting me to give permission to complete the order. I would do business with them in the future.
