You did wonderful with the approval process and the engraving of the pen. Your shipping was the only thing that lowered you a star. I ordered and you promised the item in time for me to give it to the recipient while she was in town but it didn't arrive in time.

My brother-in-law was an extra in a blockbuster movie so we are getting him a faux oscar as a fun christmas gift. The trophy we got was incredible, not cheap, great weight, looked great, and the custom engraving with no mistakes that they checked in on every step of the way to ensure the order was right. I would recommend this to anyone!

These guys were great! Got my original artwork proof within 12 hours, responded that they would be able to accommodate my delivery date and got it to me sooner than thought. I had a thought for a long-term employee that was leaving after 12 years, he's an avid surfer, and wanted an award to reflect his favorite hobby. I googled Surfboard service award and Paradise Awards popped up. They were very quick to respond to my questions. They were also very quick to complete the work and ship it to me so I could have it in time for the farewell reception. Ordering online was very easy. We were overly impressed with the award and the woodwork. The employee thought it was great as well. Would 100% buy an award from them again. Thank you!

The only thing that I can see which will cause problems is the four items that is attached on the inside lid., it makes it impossible to close and lock the lid when I place a bottle of wine inside! The employees are the best they treated me in a special way, the employees are very concerned and anxious to keep me happy and in good spirits, the box is produced in a Professional way especially the finish on the box, I love the way the box looks, my girlfriend will be very happy, I can hardly wait !
