I was hesitant about changing to internet phones. I thought it was going to be risky, but after talking to them the sales rep made me feel a lot better about the set up. I think it is a good service and we are paying way less.

Reliable service, easy communications especially with the new remote setting.

Panterra is, at best, adequate. VoIP calls are reasonably good, but support is slow to respond especially when the inevitable outage occurs. Not helpful at all in troubleshooting network issues. They are quick to make a determination that the problem is not their fault and quickly close the door on any other help. If they think the problem is on your LAN, they close the case, at their discretion. There have been ongoing problems that we have brought to their attention, which get shuffled around, with no one willing to take responsibility or effect change.

Have been using PanTerra VoIP for a year. So far, very disappointed. Support is not very helpful and the have not responded to multiple requests to address ongoing issues. Plus they had a recent outage and handled it very poorly. Will be moving on when contract is up. There are better VoIP providers out there.
