Getting my windows replaced was a little challenging this year due to the covid delays. I had called 5 or 6 companies and got the same if not a longer timeline for production. I went with panorama because they are close to my area and I’d rather deal with a local company. Even though the wait was quite long, it was worth the wait in the end. My new windows look amazing, I got them in black colour and it really goes well with the rest of our home. So far I can notice that my place is more quiet, there aren’t any drafts or leaks, like my old windows had so I am very thankful that Panorama was able to complete this installation at a fairly reasonable timeline, considering the current delays with any home improvements. Thanks Panorama team, we appreciate you working hard despite having to deal with this ongoing issue. Keep up the good work
This company was misleading. When I called and explained that we had to replace one patio door (gave her size and specs) and asked for a price I was told that the job would cost just about $2100. They then sent a salesperson out. To begin with he was condescending to me when I asked how well the door would insulate. He gave me a scientific jargon filled answer and when I asked for more clarity he implied that I should understand the science behind the heat ratings and the chemistry of the silver in the door. He actually asked me if I didn't take chemistry. I replied that I did 20 odd years ago. I could deal with his attitude until he said the company does not do jobs under $5000 and as such we'd need to replace other doors or windows. He said only contactors would do that job and put in substandard or even dangerous doors.
They are a top-notch windows replacement company that provides quality services with great customer care. I am very satisfied so far, and it's been an easy experience overall!
The moment I read about the benefits of installing new windows, my husband immediately approved. He had recently remodeled his office and knew that it was time for a change in our bedroom as well! After looking through online reviews from different companies we decided to go with Panorama windows and doors because their customer service ratings were stellar- something which is important when making such an investment; not only will you want someone who knows what they’re doing but also efficient enough so there's no delays during installation (something none us wants!). They came out right away upon hearing this request while still on schedule
We replaced our back door with a door assembly which included internal blinds from Panorama windows. From sales, scheduling/coordination to the excellent installation, we are very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend using PWD.

We are extremely happy with Panorama windows and doors and Otto Maan. Otto was very helpful throughout our whole remodel and even keeps in touch after the job was completed. The product he sells is excellent but his word and honesty is even better. He never made an promises he couldn't keep and we are very thankful.
