Like the previous reviewer I have had very poor customer service since I challenged Peanuts, sorry, Paintnuts on the colour mismatch. They refused to accept it was their problem and said i hadn't reported it within 30 days. I would strongly advise anyone considering PNuts to use someone else like Chipex who are far more customer orientated.

The website selected the wrong paint based on my reg number. Customer services were awful and would not accept responsibility for the error. Will not use again

The paint wasn't a good match very dark I gave it a good stir still dark I've only done a small bit I've stopped, gone to a garage they are going to mix me some,I gave you the right code.
Absolutely brilliant service start to finish! Excellent communication when my colour was not on the system (Kawasaki motorbike colour) but with a little digging found it. 100% Perfect colour match. And received the next day! Well done Paintnuts!

I’ve ordered a touch up pen using my reg and it’s came and it’s the complete wrong colour and upon contacting them they take ages to answer and nothing is even being resolved wouldn’t recommend

I have ordered from Paintnuts using my registration and the touch up paint is not a match at all to my vehichle. I also ordered a touch up pen and it is labelled with a different shade name but the brush is unusable inside unsure of whether or not it is actually the correct shade. I wouldn't recommend sadly
Ordered some 'colour matching' aerosol paint from there earlier this year. Once the weather improved and I was able to do the repair, I've realized that the colour doesn't match the pain on the car. When contacted the customer support, I was asked to send pictures in different formats, just to be told at the end that they won't investigate as I've ordered more than 30 days ago. Absolutely rubbish customer service. They wasted my time and monies when ordered, when I've done the work and then had to re-do it with the proper products and then again when asking for pictures even though they knew they won't look into it. So if you make the mistake of buying from them, make sure you test the colour straight away and send it back!
Perfect match for my Tesla which uses 3 part paint with metallic in the second coat (candy white). Have to say the match was absolutely spot on. Well impressed.

Promise of exact match is rubbish. Refused to deal with complaint as over 30 days since purchase. Stay well clear! Passing details on to Trading Standards.
Paint was specified by registration for a touch up pen. The colour match is nowhere near. Will source elsewhere and need to redo.
