I didn’t like carelessness on part of the shop as order for Velcro sanding disk, 5” , 60 grit was placed based on pic shown of the product where sanding disk was having 8 holes whereas product sent to me is with 6 holes. That makes Dust removal while using Random orbital sander impossible.

I have very bad experience. Firstly it was not timely delivered due to some issues from courier side. Secondly the received commodity was in very bad shape and somewhere broken due to packaging.

There are two issues which I would like you to consider seriously. One, paintnhardware should keep a tab on items after they leave your storage. It is not palatable to digest the arbitrary postponement of item delivery without any valid reason. Two, your server functioning should be reviewed, it cannot refuse cancellation of order.
Product is good but delivery time is too much need improvement in fast shipping.
