Process was very straight forward, Hazel was a great assessor, very enjoyable day.

I arranged a call with an Origym Tutor and spoke with Adam. I had some questions about starting the Level 3 Sports Massage course and about the process. Adam's call came through on time and he was really friendly, well-informed and helpful. He also checked on information for me when he needed to make sure I had the correct details. He also referred me to Student Services to check dates and again the member of staff was very helpful. I feel much better about getting on with the course having now had a conversation with Adam. Thank you.

Awful company AVOID at all costs I made a very specific enquiry regarding relevants for a similar course and whether it would cross over. I had a telesales call but ridiculously didn’t have the information I asked for, now any decent company would have read the message, done the necessary research and then called me but no, he decided to call waste my time and then said he would go off and look. He then disconnected the call as he didn’t like me pointing this out to him. I then called back to make a complaint and the guy on the phone wouldn’t get anyone for me and just wanted to send an email to someone to contact me back, the owners of this company should be deeply ashamed of the way they are letting it run, yes they are probably making lots of money but they have zero customer service skills and when someone is trying to make a complaint DONT call them mate, what an awfully unprofessional company !!

went for my practical assessment yesterday after completing all my theory online, excellent service provided throughout both online and in person special thank you to my examiner Harry in Liverpool who made me feel at ease allowing me to pass the course. would highly recommend to others.
