Each and every steps of the design of the website, Peter the "project manager" advice and recommendations was fundamental for the design and of the website, great design and keep me posted of all updates. I have future work, I'll be working the Peter in the near future. Five stars to the team.

Midland Gems Lousy, lousy experience and they will not stand behind the 100% satisfaction promise. Prepaid for the service and after 6 weeks, absolutely no progress. Requested and was promised repayment, then surprise/surprise they did not refund. Do not recommend this company.

This company is an elaborate scam! I hired them for a simple website in Jan 2022, and it is now Dec 2022. Started off going back and forth for months with the design and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt as to why it was taking so long. Around August, all my patience and 8 months later, it seemed to me that they were not interested in completing my site- it still lacked certain very important functions which they were very aware that I needed to have on the site. They then told me that it needed to be hosted first before all these functions could be worked out, which ended up being a complete and utter lie. Since I was so drained from this experience and simply wanted my website completed, I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and paid them around $1000 for their hosting service to get the job done. They even recommended that I shouldn't do it with another company since it wouldn't work as well as theirs would, and I agreed since I didn't want them having any other possible excuse as to why they couldn't finish the website. About a month after this additional payment to them, they then told me that the site STILL couldn't be completed to the proper functionality as they had promised and committed to complete, and that I would now need to pay MORE money to get it done. At this point, in September, I demanded a refund. Spoke to the billing manager there- a guy named 'Gary Fernandez' who just happens to have an Indian accent... - was told by him in an attempt to explain themselves I guess, that they actually had to do this same thing with another client where they simply could not finish the website and kept asking her for more and more money, and that the poor woman had to agree to pay for it all before they agreed to finish her site. It seems that she was also strung along for months and likely gave in simply to get it done and over with. It also tells me that they knew exactly the lies they were telling me, stating that they would and could complete the site 'with just some more additional money' for the hosting, etc., but clearly now without ever having this intention to fulfill it. They ended stringing me along for months and asking me for more and more money, hoping I would just give in like as it seems they have been successful in getting from a few of their other customers. After multiple exchanges back and forth, they finally emailed me confirming I would get my money back mid-November. This date came and went with no money returned to me, and it turns out they lied AGAIN that my money was sent when it had not been from their end at all. Spoke to them yet again and we finally came to an agreement that the hosting fee be returned since it was paid out under clearly fraudulent practices by them. It is now mid-December and I STILL haven't received a cent back from them. I've followed up countless times, and they simply continue to lie to me, saying it was sent. It's now a full year later and I still don't have a website or the refund funds from them to go somewhere else. Be warned. Do yourself a huge favor, save your time, effort, money, potential business earnings, headaches, patience and sanity, and go find an another legitimate company for your website.

The website development team created a new domain and installed better and faster applications that enable our website to perform more efficiently. I was thrilled to see an exceptionally modern and creative website that attracted more visitors. Their superb quality of work is highly commendable!

What made my experience good, is the personal touch they provided. They called consistently and communicated with you regarding updates and gathering further information from you. Overall, the experience was great. Everyone was very nice, particularly Joe and Eddie. I would definitely use Orbit again for designing my next website.

Sam and Alan have done an amazing job developing our database. They have made life so much easier for us I highly Recommend this company!

I recently went back to work for a previous employer. They had switched from a paper based system to a database system designed by Sam and Alan at Orbit Design Agency. Absolutely everything is easier now! There is less confusion. We are all on the same page from beginning to end. The interface is easy to learn and use. I highly recommend Sam and Alan. They have made our lives at work so much easier.

Learn from my mistake AVOID AT ALL COST... If you read NO OTHER review you should absolutely read this one... This company does not exist in the US. Which is not a big deal until you try and sue them... They say they are operating out of San Jose... NOT TRUE It is a vapor ware company that takes your money, promises big and then is incapable of delivering ANYTHING of value or quality. I was initially going to contract with these folks to have them do side work for me... lost a $20k deal because they couldn't deliver... They were also meant to be doing my wife's site at the same time, 18 months later the site is still not fully finished, and got hacked... I attempted to get their help to get it fixed and they basically left me to try and fix it myself...! Have you ever had to recover a site from a hack?? Hire this company and you may find out how fun that is... They have NO SUPPORT... It's abysmal at best! I thought that was what I was paying them for...My site has now been down now for WEEKS!! So 18 months of work on a site they never delivered correctly and then got hacked 3 weeks later... OH YEAH... I also paid in advance for services which I had eventually had to cancel due to absolute frustration with them... NEVER GOT A REFUND... They still owe me over $2000 (which is why I know they don't exist in the US)... This is one of those companies that should be on a watch list of some kind! Seriously, take my advice, proceed at your own risk my friends...

Sam Jones was great to work with while building our Shopify website! He was very responsive and hard working during our the development!

I have personally been working with Sam Jones and Alan Fernandez since March on a rather large database project. I can confidently say the end result is something our company is very proud of and will use for years to come. These guys are great at what they do. This database isn't a throw-it-together and call it a day job. It stores tens of thousands of customers' information while allowing us easier communication and tracking of orders, which in return will save thousands of hours of labor in the long run. They truly have done a great job. Thanks guys!

I had hired Orbit Design Agency to fix up my website back in August of 2022. They sent multiple samples of website layouts and logos which were horrible. I gave them many opportunities to make revisions of their work but each time they failed to provide any samples that looked professional. I never approved their work. I asked for a refund. They sent me an email saying a refund would be issued on 9/26/22. This was a lie. I contacted them multiple times in early October regarding my refund and they said "it was being processed." I disputed the charges with my bank and Orbit had the nerve to claim I violated their terms and didn't qualify for a refund. The bottom line is that this company doesn't operate in good faith. They're phonies. After reading client reviews elsewhere, they apparently have a reputation for scamming people out of their deserved refunds. I am still pursuing my refund.

I am very happy with the website design and logo Orbit created for my company. Shout out to Eddie Martin and David Morgan as the project managers for my account. Orbit is providing maintenance services for the next 3 years and I am looking forward to this continuing relationship.

Sam was very willing and help throughout the process from start to finish. He was always ready with a solution and responded quickly to my calls and emails.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! horrible customer service, tell you one price up front then it just keeps getting more and more expensive after the 2nd time of them needing additional money I said no, and they would only offer a 33% refund even though they said one time fee of 2,700

Run! The worst professional experience I’ve ever had. I paid $3k for a website design (although I was initially quoted $1100) that was quoted completion with 2-3 weeks. After 3 months+ I still do not have a website. I completed things myself that I paid them to do, provided what they needed and when I brought my concerns to this company, they blamed me for the delay. It’s truly been a terrible experience and I regret ever going with them.

Such a wonderful team, ready to help you in many ways. Eddie Martin and David Morgan assisted me in the whole process, came up with brilliant ideas, becoming friends in a short amount of time, listening carefully to my needs and worries, they both know how to make your days feel better, they explain a lot of thing necessary to consider when starting a new business. I like they way they’ve been patient with me over the phone and over everything.

Eddie Martin and Joe Wilson handled my case. They were in constant communication with me. They helped tailor the site to exactly what I wanted and did all the work for me. My website is active, accepting applications and running very smoothly. All that for a lot less than other service providers
