Ordered online. They took my money. Went to pick up my food. They closed
I placed and online order and paid for it and when I went to pick it up they were closed. No one has been answering the phone all week, so I’m not sure if they went out of business or what.
This is the second time I order online and when I went to get my food the Deli was closed.
Ordered twice online to show up and for them to be closed, if they are going to close the store, atleast shut off online ordering
Restaurant was closed, didn't get my order.
The store accepted my online order & then wasn't open.
Faith makes excellent muffins and baked goods. Customer service is excellent.
Ooy's is my favorite place in Ithaca to get a latte and maybe a muffin or bagel because the food is always good and the servers are competent and pleasant. The atmosphere is casual and usually quiet. It's a good place to meet a friend for a visit.
Thieves, stole 8K from a potential owner and fired multiple previous employees w/ absolutely no warning. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!!
