I have had a bad shoulder which has been getting progressively worse over the last couple of months. I had 1 session with Gemma and I can honestly say the improvement is amazing. It has not completely solved the problem but I am attending for another session this week.

I have been going for regular massages with Gemma at Ontargetmassage for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She does a wide range of treatments/techniques, but the hot stone massage is my favourite and very professionally executed. I have ongoing persistent problems with a very tense shoulder muscle and Gemma uses various techniques to ease the muscles and help relieve the tension in that area.

Great full body massage with hot stones- just what I needed after a full on week of hockey. Highly recommend- I have a massage every three weeks to keep my muscles moving for sport. I booked an organic Luxury Facial with Gemma and was very impressed! I was 30 weeks pregnant yet she made me feel extremely comfortable from the outset. I have had treatments in the past with other therapists where the massage was a bit 'stop and go' and in between could hear them moving things about in the background which can put you on edge, but Gemma's technique was flawless! She definitely has the magic touch, so much so, I struggled to stay awake during the Facial because it was so relaxing. I was really pleased with my skin afterwards. I’ve always struggled for somewhere to go for a Facial or Massage as many places use beauty products laden with chemicals. I only use chemical free and organic products so it was very refreshing to have someone who already advocated the benefits of using them. I am pleased I have found my ‘go to’ person now and look forward to my next treatment which will be a massage! I would thoroughly recommend Gemma at On Target Massage to anyone.

I have visited regularly for several years to mitigate the physical challenges of sport in my late 40's. Gemma's ability to combine sport massage with relaxing massage helps avoid injuries, but also provides an opportunity to indulge simply for enjoyment! She is knowledgeable, easy going, and interested in the all round wellbeing of her clients. Highly recommended in whatever context you are pursuing.

Had a lovely facial with Gemma last week. Very relaxing and a lovely experience. You get a facial massage, peel, exfoliation and steam. The products used were really good-no outbreaks a day or two later. The only downside was the hour went too quick!

I have been to Gemma a few times now, I would recommend her to anyone, she is very good at her job, she knows exactly what is needed.. I had suffered with migraines and since visiting Gemma I now have very few, and these are only when my visits are over due! Gemma is very easy to get along with, putting you at ease straight away.. as a Fitness instructor if I ever have any pulls or twinges it's important I'm back to my best as fast as possible, and Gemma has always done her best to accommodate and fit me in for any need treatments asap.. A 5* service without doubt.
