Just do not reply to sales inquiry emails. Sent several over 3 weeks and not one response and this was about a £400+ gun. If they can't be bothered to respond to that I will buy this elsewhere.

I ordered a Galaxy G6 gun and as expected it arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately it was defective. It would not cock or fire.I wrote an e-mail to the firm and eventually received a reply to the effect that they were sending me a replacement. This arrived today 14th of June 2018. Although there were problems I would deal with this firm again in view of the good treatment I received from them

I ordered a gun for my son. He spent his pocket money . After over a week no delivery . I emailed them where is the order . Straight away emailed me back .. it’s out of stock. Please look on our website we offer you 10%discount!! I emailed them back that we are not interested to pay three times more for gun so please refund the money !!i sent 4 emails!! No respond!! The phone is off!! Facebook website won’t aliud you to leave feedback !!! Stay away from this website !!! This company must be fake !! Take your orders and money and that’s it!!!

I recently purchased some airsoft guns they came in great quality. within 3 days I received them the gun work fantastically and will use this site again.

TLDR VERSION at the bottom After purchasing a GBB M9 with spare magazine on next working day delivery, I had my order left as "advised" for 3 working days, until I called them up. It took several hours (as it has been each call, every day for the past week) to get through. Once I did get through it took a couple "we'll call you back" comments to finally get a slight nudge of information on my product - every time I had to call THEM back. I was then eventually told that the manager had to be in to deal with my problematic product (bearing in mind we're now on day 4 here of my "next working day" delivery). In the meantime I had communication with the parcel company who could confirm that they weren't given a parcel. After a short talk with the manager, who was fortunately (but very unfortunately in the position of working for this company) very helpful in offering me a replacement product. He blamed the latency on short staff and informed me my product hadn't been sent because it was missing a magazine and the spare magazine was out of stock. Once I eventually received the REPLACEMENT product it arrived BROKEN. I have since tried to call them several times again and have eventually given up as they are not picking up their support line phone. I have now sent my replacement gun off to DEFCON AIRSOFT to be repaired. Roughly £85 wasted on these cowboy traders. TLDR version; Cowboy traders of the airsoft market, don't waste your time. I suggest going to buy at a trusted source like: Defcon airsoft, Patrolbase, Socom tactical...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! what a shambles firstly .... the gun i ordered for my sons birthday arrived with parts missing i.e no scope and no torch . I rang up to ask where they were to be told that a technician had to open another box to see if they should indeed be in the box sent to me and that i would be contacted to let me know what they were going to do about sending me the missing items......they never bothered .......i left it a few days and after very little use of the gun i realised it was faulty , so once again i rang the " help line " to be told that the missing parts were due to be sent to me that evening ( really ) i explained not to bother because the gun was faulty and i wanted to send it back , she arranged for a courier to pick it up the next day as it was a known fault with the gun i had bought ....why sell it then ?? anyway gun was returned and after a few more days i rang them , despite being told they would contact me , to be told a technician needed to test the gun , presumably to find the known fault and that i would be informed of their results .........no phone call getting a bit fed up of being messed around i tried to ring all day thursday 18th may but nobody answered the phone ...a little strange for a helpline then again all friday still no answer , so after countless phone calls and unanswered emails i contacted paypal who very promptly gave me a full refund . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE .........THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered an M4, after about 1 week it didn't arrive so i rang up to be told that the gun was out of stock. They then sent me a P90 which had a broken barrel and had obviously had an attempted repair, the glue was still fresh. It took ages to get a replacement and they didn't refund postage although they said they would.

Finally received a refund( not inc returns postage charge ) 5 weeks after returning faulty goods which had arrived in a damaged box. Took 4 phone calls on my part, with call backs from the company never received as promised.I suspect I would not have been refunded without badgering them. Will not use company again.

Had an overall terrible experience. So i ordered an airsoft weapon from them. It took a while to come, the tracking info was very late. The product didnt work at all, took me about 2hours of calling and it going through to a non functional anwser machine. Then eventually i ended up spending £15 on returing the product which they never paid back (even several hours of calls they said they would) The postage from me sending it took less than two days and it was over a week and several calls before they even looked at my product. Then it was two weeks before they admitted they couldnt do anything about it and then they sent me a replacement. After i had my replacement i was fobbed of when asking for my postage to be refunded as persite policy. Staff were overall useless only one seemed to try and help herman iirc, rest were rude and fob offey Multipule support emails were ignored also Do not use Order id 103834

Great service, no hassle, fast delivery aswell as good packaging. great gun so far, not let me done. came with extra bb pellets and a small hand pistol which is a bonus. great prices.

Had a few problems when i ordered parts for these guys, but that was due to packing, but when i ordered guns or accessories, everything has been great and had a very short delivery time! so thanks a lot guys!

Ordered before reading reviews then worried. Thankfully I had no issues ordered on Sunday night and arrived today (Tuesday). Gun ordered was M83 for £44.99 packaging was good box was in good condition and wrapped in black film. Gun itself I have no complaints over exactly as ordered and specified. I am no expert and this is for my son but genuinely seems a good bit of kit. Instructions are Chinese with English but are simple to follow. Genuinely I am surprised at the quality compared to the price. I can't speak for customer service as had no issues to follow up.

bought a few guns from them for my sons birthday the most expensive one being £60 sniper rifle to which the magazine would not even stay inside,it has been sent back to them to which they said its not covered under warranty after 3 months. customer service is shocking and the quality of good a disgrace. im going down the sales of goods act then small claims court to get my money back.

bought a gun off them sold as fully working but when i got it it came with a faulty mag so i contacted them and when i finally got a reply they told me my only choice was to buy a new mag from them so all i really got from them is an expensive paper weight i sugest go to local airsoft shop will work out cheaper in the long run and alot less hassle

Ordered one airsoft gun despite the other bad reviews. Ordered the D-boys PDW in Purple from this site and paid via Paypal. I promptly received a dispatch notification however from iWholesales Limited which put me on edge. However, package arrived quickly via Parcelforce. Box was in ok condition. Upon opening the package however, the gun they had sent me was not as advertised and also was damaged in a few places. The colour was very bright blue instead of the advertised purple. The cables for the battery connector were slightly frayed. There was a cable in the magazine well blocking entry for the magazine that needed moving and slight paint chips. As such, I attempted to contact their support emails in an attempt to arrange a return but received no response. After trying this several times I've put in a claim via paypal to try and receive a refund from them. I just don't understand why they would promptly deliver an incorrect item and then not try to rectify any problems.

Gun number 1 --- Factory heat seal --- super service -- wrote glowing review which to date has not been posted. Gun number 2 -- Oh dear -- Dirty torn unsealed box which when opened revealed a shotgun covered in greasy finger marks and dirt . Upon removing gun from styrene it fell apart to reveal a superglue tide mark and obvious signs of a poorly executed amateur repair Phoned customer service and was promised a replacement -- IT NEVER ARRIVED - the customer care line is now automated and 3 months on ---GUESS WHAT --- no replacement GET YOUR B""""Y ACT TOGETHER UR A DISGRACE

I've tried contacting them on their website and by e-mail yet never got any response which is disappointing since I was impressed with the first item I bought and the speed it was delivered
