Fast shipping and quality materials
Found the Olsa torque wrench online and found it to be very similar to one of the tool truck brands I had been using at work. There are only 2 notable differences I have been able to see. The first is the cover for the adjustment dial does seem a bit flimsier than the big name brand. The other difference is the $400 price difference. The Olsa function just as well at a fraction of the cost.

The customer service is second to none. Order a set of wrench’s that got lost in transit. Within 2 days of emailing they had another set shipped to my door without hassle. Have not had a chance to really test the tools but the fine tooth count work and feel great for the few times I’ve used them.

Tool came as advertised. There was a hiccup with the expidite shipping and couldn't be delivered faster but Olsa returned expedited shipping fee to me
I made a minor mistake with shipping details when I placed my order. Simon called back and fixed everything. It's great to see a small company that takes customer experience very seriously and does whatever it takes to create a happy customer. Also, the socket holders are excellent. Just the right amount of grip on the sockets and a firm grip on the toolbox. The labels are very clear and easy to read.
I ordered a 3 pack of the 3/8 socket rails. They arrived promptly, and look really good. I’ll be putting sockets on them today, we will see how they work.
