Der Stuhl ist hochwertig verarbeitet, war fix aufgebaut und verfügt über viele nützliche Funktionen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kauf und kann den Bürostuhl klar weiterempfehlen. Ich konnte in Zürich im Ausstellungsraum - unter freundlicher Beratung - den passenden Stuhl ausprobieren und gleich vor Ort bestellen. Lieferung bereits am nächsten Tag! Ich bin mit dem Premium Bürostuhl Cloud sehr zufrieden. Der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach. Die Schachtel konnte wie im Video auf der Webseite von Ofinto dargestellt, als "Tisch" für die Montage benützt werden. Als Ostschweizer bin ich natürlich sehr glücklich, dass ich unsere Region berücksichtigen konnte.
Die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Die Montage ziemlich einfach. Das Kabelmanagement ist super.
Guten Tag, sehr gute Qualität der Bürostühle, wir haben uns für die re:new (aus zweiter Hand) Variante entschieden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
The Active office chair is comfortable and nice looking. The Customer service on the other hand is the worst I have ever encountered. It took Ofinto 2 Months to handle my complaint. At first, they did not believe my complaint and wanted pictures from different angles. They started to cooperate only after I set a deadline. In total I had to send 14 E-Mails and 13 pictures until the case was resolved. At one point they told me measuring 70cm accurately is very hard. To me that sounds like they tried to gaslight me in to thinking the problem was not real. Only after a considerable amount of time was invested by me, I found the actual Problem. The bracket where the backrest and armrests are attached to was not level with the rest of the chair. The height difference over the length of the bracket was just over 1mm. This caused a 1.5 cm difference in hight for the armrests. In the Process of replacing the faulty part they had to deliver a tool to uninstall the gas spring. I used the tool as described in the manual. After using it I noticed the tool damaged the chair. They offered 35€ as compensation for the inconvenience. I am done with Ofinto. Never again! Edit: After i wrote this review Ofinto reached out. They listened, took my complaint serious and seemed serious in their intention to never let something like this happen again. In the end Ofinto compensated me fairly. I guess my case fell through the cracks. Sh*t happens.

J'ai été très satisfait des échanges téléphoniques avec le support clientèle d'Ofinto AG. L'équipe était vraiment agréable et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec professionnalisme. La table est arrivée rapidement, et la qualité du produit était exceptionnelle, ce qui témoigne du sérieux de cette société. Malheureusement, j'ai dû renvoyer le produit car le support n'était pas assez large pour fixer ma tour. Malgré ce souci, Ofinto AG a parfaitement géré le retour : ils ont accepté de reprendre le produit sans problème et ont organisé la procédure de retour. Seul point négatif : remettre les produits dans leur emballage d'origine a été un véritable casse-tête ! À part cela, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. Je recommande vivement Ofinto AG pour leur excellent service et la qualité de leurs produits !
