Pleased with the way I was not harassed when looking around showroom, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere when I finally came to a decision to purchase my desk, and a desk that I have been looking for some time now. Good service, decent prices for bulk

Encountered too many snagging issues such as damaged furniture, missing pedestal keys or delays in replacement orders. Although the company worked hard to address these, the time lag and effort required to close out the issues have been an unwarranted distraction

We required some replacement parts for some old desk pedestals in our office, rather than have to buy all new. Craig at OFC was extremely helpful in sourcing them and provided excellent customer service. The parts arrived promptly and were very reasonably priced. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
