They have fairly limited server locations, which is expected with a small company, though it seems like they add more as time goes on. Some of their hardware isn't the best but none of it is bad. Their pricing is amazing, employees are very patient and helpful, and the service itself runs well and has no issues. There's tools for all sorts of things and managing the server, adding modpacks, automating tasks and many other things are actually a lot better than their website indicates. In fact, if I have a complaint at all, it's that their website: the knowledge base is a bit incomplete and little unclear on some things, rendered a non-issue for me by the aforementioned helpful staff, and their advertisement sort of undersells them.

Support is extremely helpful and you cannot beat their prices. I do wish their server setup website was slightly more intuitive on installing certain mod-loaders (Forge, Fabric) vs vanilla Minecraft, but, again, the support is incredibly quick to respond and can (and will) just do it for you.

Affordable service and very fast support.

For the first few days of me having the server it was fine and even upgraded the pack but then randomly it started giving me java issues like it kept trying to use java 17 with 1.16.5 (java 8 was needed) and I shrugged that off at first but now when I try to play lets say dawncraft with the server and even use its "Modpack Manager" to install it but then it just froze on loading and it did not crash or nothing but sat in the console for hours on end and I am quite disappointed in that.

Possibly the best bang for your buck for a budget server host. And it comes with lightning fast support.

Great for running minecraft worlds with friends. Low cost and runs amazingly with multiple mods. When issues show up they are fixed relatively quickly

I needed assistance with my server I reached out to the tech support chat and I got Andrew and I stated my problem. He instantly jumped on the issue and fixed it and even went above and beyond and installed the newest version of the mod pack and made sure it started up. There was a bit of hassle while purchasing due to me using VPN, but the support team is really nice and solved my problem in no time. The server is decent, running Fabric with 50+ server-sided mods with no issue, also really affordable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable hosting.

I'm brand new to Minecraft server hosting. I figured out how to host my own server for a group of us four friends about 10 years ago and haven't touched it since, then a few months ago picked it up again and used the easy method of just signing up for Realms. A couple more friends have joined my wife and mine's server and omg the lag, and we've barely started and hardly done anything. So i decided to look into server hosting. I'll be honest, i was completely overwhelmed and intimidated by all the options. So many choices and so many things i didn't know if i'd need or not, or what they even meant. I am so glad i found the Oddblox page on Trustpilot. I was immediately impressed with how they responded to all the reviews even the positive ones, and the low pricing convinced me to try them first. Set up has been great. Their tech support responds Fast! (less than a minute for me each time) and very helpful! Shout out to Sydney who was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient and friendly! They have wonderful guides for new hosts like myself, and even helped me get GeyserMC working really easy, so a friend who plays bedrock on her switch can join our Java Server! Cannot recommend enough for new server hosts! (I'll post another review after we've played around for awhile about how it runs and lag etc, but so far, i'm so impressed)

Top quality hardware and the staff have been super helpful with moving my server across from my old host and has been even helping with things most other hosts wouldn't do like optimizing the modpack I've been running.
