Just finishing my OCCRE Ulises I have to say that the quality is great with excellent laser cut ply. In some areas ridiculous amount of spare wood (which is good) and parts. However, in one plank type was well short 12 lengths. I can only assume this was a simple error assembling the kit. However, Occre will send missing parts but it is a trifle slow but at the end of the day they do give good support. This is quite an advanced model and it ia far from my first. I did find the instructions overall OK But some of the pictures didn't give the detail required. Fairly sure whoever wrote them got bored towards the end. For the mast (instruction 125) it just says to "attach it with parts shown". There is a lot of detail and the pictures very wuzzy even under high def. lighted magnifier. However not going to knock a star off as because as I say it is advanced and you always have to use your common sense and adapt as required. Very very pleased.

A great company with some excellent models. I recently received a new kit, but half of it was missing. I order a large number of replacement parts and these were dispatched with ease. The 'Contact Us' form on the OcCre website was not working, so it was a bit of a challenge to confirm this, but all is now good

I'm a big fan of the B type bus and I absolutely love Occre's model. This is the first kit I've tackled in about 25 years and I've nearly finished it. I messed up a bit with some of the self adhesive signs and I must say Occre's customer service is absolutely superb!!! I'm in the UK and received replacements in the post by filling out their online form.

Very good service !! I ordered the Pack 1 Montanes and there was a mix-up in the delivery . I took contact with Ocre and they solved the problem immediatly !! I am very satisfied with Ocre and will buy more produts from them in the future !! From me 5 stars !!
