Terrible experience with this company. They failed to pay for my work, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It seems like they’re actively looking for subcontractors to exploit and cheat out of them. Do not trust and AVOID them with any business dealings or partnerships. Save yourself the headache and avoid working with them at all costs.

Very quick to respond to my request on a Friday evening and the engineer came round to assess the issue within 2 hours. He came again the next day to fix the hot water issue and was efficient and friendly. Really good and quick efficient service.

it was great experience . Engineer came on Sunday and finished working till late making sure leakage issue is sorted .

I rang up on a Saturday to get an electrical problem fixed and they were very helpful and sent an engineer round within 3 hours who fixed the issue. Thank you - very prompt service with friendly staff!

Absolutely terrible. Did work for this company and was never paid. Tradesmen avoid at all costs! Edit - the companies reply is a pack of lies. I worked on a job in Weymouth to re seal a bathroom. Companies owner got angry and threatening when I refused to take down the review. Have screenshots that I have sent to trustpilot and this review will not be removed. Do not use this company Haha another edit - I am a customer. Edit again - obre have been hounding me for the last two years to get this review taken down. This is not going to happen, everything detailed here is true.

I had an urgent need for a plumber after hours. Obre responded right away and had a plumber here in less than 2 hours. The plumber called me en route and talked me through what to do to stop the leak and limit damage before he could arrive. He was quick and thorough and cleaned up after. They followed up after and have been very communicative.

Had a great experience with Obre, my boiler was broken and I was without hot water and as soon as they were contacted they keep me up to date and got out quickly and got my boiler working again. The engineer was really lovely and quick and everything was sorted smoothly and I would definitely use them again and recommended them to anyone who needs any maintenance work done.

The experience I have had with Obre was fantastic from the customer service to the work that was carried out.
