It's scam. They didn't allow me to withdraw my money. I had so many withdrawal request but no results. I received only $30( which is a small amount) within long period. Once u deposit u can't withdraw it. Horrible service . Even they don't regulate customer support services . U can't connect with em online. I'm literally frustrated with this npbfx broker. Do not trade with em.

I'm updating this review from 1 to 4 stars. The withdrawal process is very very long, probably because I'm from EU. However, you guys should aware your customers of the situation. Anyway, they offer very good services (crypto deposit), but their support is non-existent. Your dedicated agent helps a lot, but they do not have any information.
Maybe that's one of the principles or motto at NPBFX. Never trade on NPBFX. You profit a lot, definitely will not be paid. NPBFX has prepared its flagship weapon. I trade with the usual technique, do not trade balance or hedging. But they thought I had committed an offence. They don't like clients making big profits. They are too sneaky and underhanded for a novice client like me. It is very clear they are brokers. Again, never trade on NPBFX if you want your profit to be safe
