Purchased the Victorian style bed over 10 years ago. We have recently moved house, which meant taking apart and reassembling the bed. We knew we purchased a high quality bed all those years ago and I can confirm, that upon reassembly, the bed is still solid as a rock! Great product and a fantastic customer service as well.

Took delivery, of one of the knights in iron’s wonderful beds 4 days ago . I rarely write a review, but am so delighted, with this bed and the customer service , that I feel the need to share our experience. We initially looked at their easily laid out on line web sight , and then rang the shop for more advice. Actually, I spoke to them several times and they were so laid back , very clear on their products and gave me wonderful guidance. At first , we had two beds in mind , the Coppelia and the Manger . After speaking to them on the phone , it was decided, that for our needs the Coppelia would be best . We also discussed on the phone , the type of mattress. After much discussion with the shop , and at length it was decided that the 1800 natural mattress would be best . Neither product has disappointed us . The bedstead is completely stunning . It is finished to the highest of standards. And is rigidly sturdy , with a good weight to it . It is sublimely simple and elegant , and could sit in a modern or an old work antique home . The paint finish is perfect. We chose the black . The mattress, is made at a very high standard , it is a deeply thick one . It is so comfortable. I am not a good sleeper as a rule , however , for two nights , I have genuinely had some of the deepest sleep that I have had in some 56 years . No aches no pains , just deep and restful sleep . We chose the service where the bed is delivered, put together and all packaging is taken , the men were , very good and professional. I wish to state again , how lovely and personable the customer service is , no question is to silly . We had a very slight mark on a bed knob , they are in the process of sending another right off to us, no questions asked . They also have a no quibble guarantee you can purchase. At a very small amount , that you can take out for 92 days on their mattresses . If you do not like your mattress, they will swap it for another, no questions asked. However !!! I think it unlikely anyone would need to as , I promise , extraordinary comfort . Thank you , Knights In Iron . We Love !!! Our bed .

Really helpful service and great products

I received my bed from Nights In Iron just over two months ago after much indecision on my part over which bed to order as they had many beautiful beds on their website. After contacting them I went down on the train and was met at the station and given a lift to their warehouse. I spent quite a while there trying out the different beds. They were very friendly, including providing coffee, and let me take my time looking around without hurrying me. I felt no pressure to make a decision during the visit. After more discussion over the phone, in the end I bought the Victorian bed in black with a specially raised footboard as I didn't feel it would show enough otherwise once the mattress was on. Every night I look at it and I feel it was well worth the extra money! I bought the divan base to go with the bed as it seemed very solidly made and will save me having to remove all the slats if I have to move the bed. The bed arrived a few weeks after ordering and was very quickly assembled by Paul and team. Everyone who has seen the bed has commented on how lovely it looks. I feel it is very individual and there is an option to order metal poles later to convert it to a four-poster if desired! There are cheaper metal beds but if you are looking for a well constructed, non-creaky and rather special looking iron bed I recommend you consider Nights In Iron.

Delivered on time a good quality bed which was easy to assemble.

We looked at the website, liked what we saw and arranged an appointment to go and see the beds. Once we'd decided on a bed and mattress the whole process was easy with no high pressure salesmanship. Delivery was quick and on time and the bed was speedily put together. A rock solid, comfortable bed.

Only wish there was a six star option!! We love our new bed and mattress. Fantastic service and great quality round. Make sure your next bed comes from them. (Forgot to say, Paul customised our bed as the original headboard was too high, so he cut it down to fit our space. That’s what you call service!)

Bought our first bed from them 13 years ago and still perfect but having redecorated our spare room we decided to move it into that room and treat ourselves to a new bed and mattress combo. Would thoroughly recommend Nights in iron as a company that is reliable professional and cares about their customers with impeccable customer service. Really impressed with the quality of their hand forged iron beds that i bought two. My four poster kingsize bed frame challice design is so beautiful and timeless but is so strong. Paul the owner and blacksmith personally delivered and assembled efficiently the bed he hand forged and adapted to convert to an electric bed with electric bases and mattresses that are so comfortable the best night's sleep every time. They can adapt the design of the beds and or make alterations to height for example. Their beds stand the test of time and they are a worthy investment for sure. I love my bed it has transformed my sleep and has helped me so much with my mobility issues and neurological and spine illnesses being able to independently get out of bed.
