The course has been helpful, informative although it gives few assignments and some videos do show pictures which are not well detailed

My experience with Nextgenlearning was generally positive. I did a course in Microsoft 365 as I am looking to work from home and have not used many of these important applications since leaving school. I found the videos and exercises very thorough and easy to follow along with. My only negative in this whole experience was time. When I downloaded the course, I noticed that it said "3 Days 6 Hours" and next to it read "Time Remaining". I was obviously very confused and panicked as I was made to believe this was a lifetime access course. The time kept going down and so I rushed to try and complete it, feeling incredibly anxious and overwhelmed only to find out 2 days later after reading reviews that this time tells you the duration of videos you have left to watch. This is very misleading and was not made clear at all, so this would be my only critique. Otherwise, I would recommend this course.
