An appalling experience. Problems from day 1. one of the lads urinated on our Garden Shed - we wouldn't have refused use of the toilet if he had asked! When the other member of staff was confronted he was rude and did not care. The staff let someone else round the back of our property that were not working on our house or scaffolding. The staff and this person thought it to be a good idea to comment on the condition of our house, conservatory and garden to my face. Jumping on our conservatory roof which they were aware wasn't in good condition, leaving us with another hole meaning more polycarbonate sheets need replacing. They left half the scaffolding up and said they would be back tomorrow. They left scaffolding poles and boards loose on the front lawn and in the back garden - who knows what passers by have pinched! The mess of moss and mud left on the side path was appalling considering we have dogs that go out there and we were specifically told they would clear up after themselves. 5 days later they turn up at 8:15 on a Sunday morning! Thankfully a different two lads - who were okay.
