I have purchased roughly $20 worth of schematics from their website. A couple months go by and they take down the schematics without notifying me whatsoever. I open a ticket to discuss ways to go about resolving the issue and I am waiting 12 hours for a response, then 24 hours and now I am waiting over 48 hours for a response. It appears to me that they do not value my time, they do not value my business and have outright taken my money and provided me access to said files for a short time before revoking access. They have even gone as far as deleting my account. I cannot login, I cannot reset password, I tried contacting them to fix the issues at hand but I have not been given a proper response via their ticketing system via discord. I would avoid these guys because I invested a little bit of money and time here and it was for absolutely nothing. What's the point of trusting this platform if they're gonna remove your account for no reason and delete all your payments. I thankfully have email transaction history from paypal so I can prove I have paid for these products. I strongly believe my data was mishandled as well as my payments to this company and I would avoid doing business with them further. ======================= UPDATE: Following the submission of this review. They have closed my ticket without notice, they banned me from their discord and have claimed that my review was for another website, when indeed it is for Netherix Studios. So I did not get that wrong. They have also requested I give them more information as to why I left this review which I am happy to give them the details. So I have just went ahead and complied. Hopefully they fix my issue soon. BBB (Better Business Bureau) will be contacted moving forward.

I'd like to provide a balanced review of my experience working with SrPhoenix from Netherix Studios, rating it 4/5. There were both positive aspects and areas for improvement in our collaboration. To start, there were some communication challenges that emerged during the project. It appeared that there was a slight misunderstanding of my initial project description and requirements. This led to some complications later on, including disagreements about previously established restrictions and budget adjustments. While I did make some concessions, I believe that clearer communication and adherence to the agreed-upon terms from the beginning would have been beneficial for both parties. The project experienced delays, and the initially promised one-month timeline was not met. This did impact my plans and expectations, but nothing too major. Additionally, there was a need to make the map compatible with Minecraft 1.8, a requirement I had initially specified. While the final product was visually impressive, the incompatibility with certain Minecraft versions did create challenges for some potential users. I want to highlight that SrPhoenix is undoubtedly a skilled builder, and the aesthetics of the final product were praiseworthy. However, I believe that a stronger focus on understanding and meeting the client's needs from the outset would enhance the overall experience. Clear and consistent communication and avoiding significant changes to previously agreed-upon terms after accepting a project can contribute to a smoother collaboration. With these refinements, SrPhoenix's services could become even more exceptional.
