Worst 👎 experience I buy some product by nepcent. But cannot complete my order the they refund my money and I get message from nepcent. But refund not credit in my account.
Orderd at 6 pm ,got the order at 12:40 the next day. Didn't even reply back to the messages . My previous orders were delivered with an hour . I get that they could have been busy but could have responded to the messages.
Why ask for my citizenship or my photo if I already paid for the item?
