I have been using NeoDove for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and its intuitive interface makes it easy to manage leads, track calls, and boost team productivity. One of the standout features for me is the real-time lead tracking, which allows for quick follow-ups and better conversion rates. The auto-dialer saves a significant amount of time, and the detailed analytics give valuable insights to optimize our sales strategy. Their customer support team is always prompt and helpful, ensuring any issues or queries are resolved quickly. NeoDove has truly streamlined our sales process, improved efficiency, and contributed to increased revenue. GREAT APP FOR SMALL BUSSINESS PLATFORM

1. Lack of Proper Support: Instead of personalized assistance, they provide generic videos, which may not address specific problems effectively. 2. Unresolved Issues: Despite repeated complaints, problems like lead management remain unaddressed. 3. Poor Communication: No follow-up messages or calls from their support team, including the employee mentioned (Bhavya). 4. Frustration with Rating Limitations: You're compelled to give 1 star because a 0-star option isn't available.

This CRM tool is a complete disappointment. It was released for sale before being fully developed, and it’s riddled with bugs. It feels like they’re using customers as guinea pigs to test their software. Even a high school student could have done a better job developing it. The support team is another letdown. They promise support on Saturdays and Sundays, but in reality, they don’t work on weekends. This is especially problematic since many sales organizations have their peak business days on weekends. The concept of urgency seems lost on them. With a premature product like Neodove, they desperately need to strengthen their support team. Whenever there’s an issue, no one from the support or sales team answers your calls. We opted for a custom plan, paying a premium for “personalized support” compared to the “Neo One” scheme. It’s all a gimmick to extract more money from you. After purchasing this useless CRM tool, you won’t receive any support. I’m writing this review after giving them ample time to improve. We’ve been using their service for a month, and it’s been a nightmare. They don’t keep their promises. Their software will likely take at least two more years to be fully developed. At the moment, it’s nothing more than a high school project.

NeoDove is helping us solve several key problems, including lead management, lead assignment, and telecalling. It streamlines the process of managing and tracking leads, ensuring that no potential customer is overlooked. The automated lead assignment feature ensures that leads are distributed to the right team members, improving efficiency. Additionally, the telecalling feature allows us to connect with leads seamless ancing our communication efforts. Overall, NeoDove has significantly improved our lead conversion process and helped us save time.
