Placed an order last week, they message me fairly quickly to say “one of your items isn’t in stock so do you want to proceed with your order or cancel it?” I was at least relieved there was communication, but after responding to them, they have ghosted me since. I have sent numerous emails now that are being entirely ignored. So I have no items sent to me and they’ve kept my money, they’ve not cancelled the order, and have gone completely silent. It’s a scam, I suggest you completely AVOID this website. I’m going to see how I can get my money back via the bank.

It took almost a week for the shipment to reach us, no email confirmation regarding the shipment or tracking number, found it behind the recycling bin after having reached out to the customer service for a refund as I had no idea it had been delivered by the Royal Mail so it was a bit stressful

Very impressive product is Lake Klamath blue green algae. Had a positive response after a week of taking the supplement. Will be ordering again.
I placed my order on Friday morning with delivery quoted as 3-6 working days. The confirmation email said "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I had no further update by email, so I was very surprised when the order was delivered the very next day, Saturday, and left with a neighbour while I was out. Three days later (Tuesday) the website still says "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready." Obviously some issues with communication between different systems. But overall, very happy to have received my order!
