I think it's wonderful that you offered such a generous sample size for free, shipping cost only. The first time I introduced it to my cats they ate all of it, which made me very happy. Unfortunately they now seem to leave it aside when I add it to their old food. I'm disappointed in them but I'll keep trying because not participating in the taking of another life to feed my cats is important to me. Thanks again.

J'aime que cette nourriture ne contienne pas d'ingrédient d'origine animale. Mes chats ne semblent pas raffoler du goût de ces croquettes, mais les mangent quand même, et ne sont pas en surpoids. Cependant je trouve très décevant et bizarre que cette compagnie ne veule pas nous fournir des informations qui devraient être disponibles sur demande afin de pouvoir faire un choix éclairé sur ce que nous donnons à nos chats. Je ne comprends pas ce manque de transparence de leur part. Je n'arrive pas à avoir de réponses aux questions suivantes, pourquoi? - Qui a fait la formulation de votre nourriture pour chats, son nom et son diplôme? - Employez-vous un nutritionniste à temps plein? - Y-a-t-il des articles scientifiques sur les protein nh+? Veuillez nous fournir les articles ou les liens pour les consulter.

Excellent product! My chihuahua had allergies to other food but it cleared up with Nature's Hug.
An excellent food for dogs with allergies, but impossible to find in stores! I was ordering it through Global Pet Foods for a few months, but then they stopped receiving it, and when I reached out to Nature's Hug about getting it through local Ren's Pets, I was told they'd look into it and then never heard back. Luckily, you can buy online through the Nature's Hug's website now, but it's a bummer that you get stuck with shipping costs this way unless you order multiple bags. My dog is small and doesn't go through a bag very fast, and yet the bags have early best before dates, so it really only makes sense for me to buy one at a time.
I really like the concept, but unfortunately my cats don't like food... It's really appreciated to try, because I want to give the best to my cats.

Trial bag amazing - We received our trial bag very quickly. It was large so we were able to really assess how our dog liked the food and how his stomach handled it. No issues at all. He loves it and was actually picking it out of his bowl to eat first when we were mixing it in with his old food to transition.

A bag of cat food arrived less than a week, packaged in cardboard box.The pieces are about 5-6 mm diameter, dark brown colored.I am mixing it with his regular dry food, adding as much as 25% (1/4). Cat usually eats it at last from bowl, finishing the regular dry food pieces first. So it is good as an addition to enrich cat's diet with extra vegetables & fiber, but would not use as his the only food.
