Their writers are excellent at their job. My book was about my niche hobby; basically, it was an autobiography. I had a few call sessions with the project manager, who came off as rude to me. When I told him this politely, he listened to me and after that, everything was smooth. He turned more polite and responded to my queries well.

It was after 5 months of publishing my book that I came across NBA’s marketing team. The project manager was nice enough to guide me as to what I would need to properly get my book out to the readers. There was much back and forth over the social campaign, but the results made me happy.
