After ordering and my nail varnish being sent it sat with the Evri courier for a week. I emailed the company to explain and they replied immediately to say they would investigate. Within a few days I had the option to have another one sent or a full refund. I requested a replacement and this was sent and received very quickly. I was very happy with the service I received.
