Ordered Cream Eyebrow and Eyelash Developer, faulty bottle with dropper cap stuck inside Lid, so could not measure right amount. Emailed Customer Services but NO REPLY. 0 out of 5 for Customer Services non response.

Product is gorgeous but the delivery ruined my first experience with Nail Polish direct. Not sure if i'll order again just to take 2 weeks for a nail polish, not worth it.

This is lovely oil. The dropper is perfect - the end isn’t too big so it doesn’t go everywhere and you don’t waster loads! The smell is beautiful and it’s lovely quality. Postage was reasonable and it was delivered pretty quickly. Overall, I’m very happy and would recommend!

I bought a polish on 29/11/24, dispatched 2/12/24, but it didn't arrive. I contacted Customer Services on 7/12 and they said to contact them again on the 9/12 if it still hadn't arrived and they'd look into it. I contacted them on the 9th, 15th and 28th, asking for a replacement or refund, but received no reply let alone any hope of a refund. I gave 2 stars as they did reply once, but I think that's quite generous as I've been left out of pocket.
I really wanted to try nail art and matte polish but was missing some key items. I knew I'd been bought a matte polish and some nail plates for Christmas and was excited to try them. Only ordered a few days before Christmas yet they arrived before and I got to behave like a small child playing with my Christmas toys. Fantastic service. Would (and have on reddit) recommend both the company and the products. I've never been impressed enough to leave a TrustPilot review before which on it's own speaks volumes they deserve.

Sin embargo, han cambiado su política de envío desde UK y ahora ya no están pagadas las aduanas y te lo pueden parar con el estrés que conlleva y el precio extra por lo que no compraré más

I was looking for a particular set of false nails -no one seemed to have them when I was pleasantly surprised that Nailpolish direct said they had them. I placed my order, and a few extra items even though they were more expensive than some other places since I was so pleased to have found the nails. I was instantly charged, paid a lot for postage, didn't get anything for more than a week, and when my order arrived there were NO NAILS in the package!!! But I had paid some £24 pounds for the nails.I contacted Tesco Marketplace and NailPolishdirect with at least 10 emails and it has now been close to a month - no refund, circular emails, no help - no nails and I am out the money. Don't use this company - my experience was about the worst I have ever had for an online shop.
