Satisfied with the design and quality however i am rating them 4 because they don't have proper customer support. they don't reply to msgs which made me skeptical of their business but eventually they did respond and sent my dress in time.

I’ve recently purchased 2 outfits from mysiebytahira and I can say the service is absolutely terrible, they promise you things that they definitely cannot keep, they told me the outfits would be ready by the 2nd of August but could push it forward as I stated I was unsure if I should make the purchase given the wedding is on the 4th of August, she then went on to say we can push it forward for it to be delivered between the 25th to the 30th of July. IT HAD NOT COME FOR THOSE GIVEN TIMES!! I had repeatedly been texting the customer number with READ AND OPENED messages but NO ANSWER, I have been messaging them for 3 days asking when it will be delivered and if it will be delivered for the 2nd, however they were unanswered messages. I paid £400 GBP which is not a bit of money, they are absolutely terrible with customer service and I would not recommend as it has left us 3 days to find a new outfit for my sisters wedding!!

It pains me to even give this scamming company one star. I ordered an outfit for my mum, to wear on my sister’s wedding, for delivery to UK, with plenty notice. We were shockingly sent completely mismatched items to what we ordered! The difference in the embroidery online on the model, and the one they sent us was night and day! The entire outfit and kameez had gold embroidery as seen and ordered, but what they sent - the heavily embroidered scarf was completely wrong and embroidered in silver and the bottoms were also completely mismatched and not as seen in pictures, also made out of different cheap fabrics. We sent them screenshots of their own models and what they had sent us in comparison. They completely ignored all message and calls, as they knew they were totally at fault. The outfit was not cheap, it cost £600 plus shipping. We were left out of pocket, with no resolution, customer service team who completely ignored the situation as they knew we couldn’t do anything sitting in the UK. She had no choice in the end but to wear a mismatched outfit on her daughter’s wedding. Poor excuse of a company. You are scamming people overseas. This company should be shut down. Allah is watching you - you will be answerable to all the wrong you are doing. This is just one story, from our first hand experience. But since then, we’ve heard many more. Shame on you Mysie. Please avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding from Mysie in Pakistan. I visited the store for my measurements and, being from the UK, they sent me photos and measurements before shipping the dress when it was ready. Everything seemed fine initially, but when the dress arrived, the sizing was completely off—it was way too big. I reached out to them with my concerns, but they denied any mistake, insisting the sizing was correct despite my clear evidence showing otherwise. They were unhelpful, rude, and completely unprofessional, ruining a very important occasion for me. They ignored my messages when I tried to complain further and refused to accept any responsibility. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll waste your money and be left disappointed and sad.

Fraud company, We ordered 5 dresses received very late just 2 days before the wedding, they make promise once they receive the money they don’t reply back All needed alteration as measurements we gave were not the same had to pay extra to get them altered in a day. Wasn’t how we expected 2 of them was completely different size we were left without 2 outfits for my daughter’s wedding, they don’t reply back once they have there money that don’t care Customer service terrible Would not recommend Mysei stay away from this company.

Ordered my Nikah Outfit from Mysie by Tahira and it was so stunning. It was sent to me before the committed date and the whole ordering process was so smooth. Can't recommend them enough 😍💯

Appalling communication. Constantly ignored after order not received on time.

I ordered a few outfits thinking this is a well known brand and lots of bloggers etc recommend there outfits. I’d be very careful ordering. These outfits are the worst quality I have seen the colours have come different to the colour on the site. They then refused to return outfits as there a completely different colour. The quality beading is falling off everywhere I am shocked to have received such a poor quality outfit. In the UK this would never be accepted to send an outfit like this After trying to speak to them they cut the phone and now don’t answer my call

I oder Eid Dress . It was very nice and prices were reasonable . 2nd time i have oder the dress and i had very nice experience. The quality of their material is very good . In the beginning their delivery was late but now they have improved their service . I received my Eid dress on time .

Very bad service. The employees do not respond to messages at WhatsApp. I received my dress damaged and a month late. They do not honor their agreements and do not compensate the damage. Ridiculous, I don't recommend buying clothes here!!!

Third class Brand who try to show they are expensive . I ordered dress Megan and its not like the pictures at all and size too. I got totally something Else looks like they just took a random color to make the dress very disspointed . And they Are not interested at all to help . I regret so much i could Get something better with that money! Save your money and dont shop here!!!!!

The worst Brand ever do not buy honestly ruined my brothers nikkah

Ordering from this company has been a huge and expensive mistake that has caused me far too much stress! I ordered in April and I contacted them to ask when the order was likely to be sent as it is for my brothers wedding, their response was you need to pay an extra £55 (on top of the £455 already paid) as I hadn’t paid enough postage despite me paying the amount charged on the website. They also only accept bank transfers which makes it hard to get credit card refunds if they don’t post the goods. Having paid the extra they then don’t respond to messages asking for updates and send a generic reply of “ok” or “will check” and then never say anything after that. After so much stress with trying (and failing) to get a refund from my bank and no replies from them after multiple messages they eventually posted out my order which has just arrived with 2 outfit dupattas missing (they were supposed to be heavily detailed too so a key part of the outfit) and this leaves me stuck in the same position of having to message them again and probably getting no where and >£500 out of pocket with a couple of weeks left until my brothers wedding
