Paid about 11 dollars for 2-3 day shipping, it's been a week and my order still hasn't arrived

The products were very good, and there were just a few things that made it 3 stars for me. First of all, the website itself is a bit basic, and (in my opinion) can be improved a bit with its user interface. Secondly, the rate at which pages loaded was very slow across many devices. The company yourself it very amazing, and I love your prices, but the website just isn't the most fun to shop from. If I could, it would be a 3.5 out of 5, but that's not an option.

I was skeptical of the fragrances being real but found the ones we ordered all to be exact matches to the samples we had of the ones we ordered from the manufacture to sample. The My fragrance prices were much less expensive then ordering the sample packs from the ones we ordered. The shipping was fast!
