Didn’t listen well to directions, I supplied a survey and got the basic plan, no other buildings were added to my site plan, only specific words on existing points on property pointed out via survey. From the very first attempt it was oblivious they didn’t read my instructions, second attempt was just as wrong as the first. Eventually they got it close enough. I wish I had not opted and paid for the rush it was a waste of money. left a review already. That one mysteriously disappeared although they responded to it so obviously they saw what I wrote, I’ll remove that part of this review when I see the original review. It’s a good service to offer that’s absolutely needed, I’d use again although I would expect what I experienced this go around repeated. Again it’s a valuable service. that said they need to do a better job. In the end my original survey served better than what was produced, all I needed was words on certain points. Unfortunately you can not legally alter a survey yourself. I updated my original review from 2 stars to 3 because they actually responded in a correct customer service manner.

Boundary dimensions did not match Deed description but that was explained to me ahead of time so I wasn't surprised. I needed the building location and dimensions plus paving area which I was able to overlay on the Deed description. Worked out fine.
