I would not even a given a one start to this company so doggy’s work they do. with the employees not getting pay and they just rip of the customer do not get anything from this guy, I was work for them to be advised

Heat pump hot water system. The positives, the plumber and electrician did arrive on the day of installation, all good. However neither the plumber nor the electrician had any idea how the heat pump should be programmed. The latest electrician ( I had two ) saying I needed to speak to the plumber for instructions on how to operate. After several interactions I received a text message with the ability to access a youtube video on how to operate the system, plus a comment saying it was (easy). The video shows in and out temperatures, I assume it’s the out temperature which is the important one, I haven’t managed to adjust at this time. Plus information on ‘Sterilization’ and ‘back-end parameters’. I have no idea what these are if they are important or not. I hoping they are not. I persisted and kept it simple, I requested to know if when on vacation is there a way to turn the system off. The text message I received was, speak to the manufacturer, I can only assume myenergy did not know how to do this. I have contacted Emerald ( the manufacturer) they have responded that they will contact me soon, that was yesterday. Fingers crossed. The system was installed on the 18th oct 2022. I received an email from myenergy on the 25th November asking if I was still interested in having an installation of a hot water system. Where I explained it has been installed on the 18th Oct, however at this time the electrician had managed to connect my oven to the new hot water system, hence I could not have the oven on at the same time as the hot water. They have come to fix, I guess we all make mistakes. At this time I can only say myenergy wanted the business but little responsibility I have been fob off at every opportunity.
