Great communication from owner, answering all of my questions and love the product too. I have bought other cat grass in shallow dishes which have been useless, so the deep pots with cat grass are a great idea. I will be buying from here again.
The product itself is fantastic. The ordering process is simple and communication is great with people. But.... my only problem is that only one of my cats seems to like eating the grass. The quantities supplied are too much for just one cat. It’s tricky trying to keep the grass looking good. I’ve followed all the very specific instructions and yet nearly 3 week’s down the line and it’s now looking not great. Brown and crispy in areas. Loss of green colour in the centre of the mound. If there were options to get smaller amounts delivered. (Like a third of what they do), then I’d rate this 5 stars.

I am trying to unsubscribe as I am moving soon, I can’t find the way via my account so sent an email which remained unanswered. In December I was home waiting for my parcel and nobody knocked but I received an update to say my parcel was waiting for me in a shop nearby..and since my account has been debited for January but nothing came through the door. Now let’s see February ... At the beginning I was happy with the product and the service but a year + later I am disappointed and feel taken advantage of to be fair .

Really pleased with the grass. Bo loves putting his face in it and I'm happy it's organic.
I had the grow yr own kits - success rate 50% even though I followed instructions to the letter. To be fair my cat loved the grass from the 2 packs that did thrive. I would have considered the ready grown but I would have been paying quite a lot for more grass than one cat could possibly eat ( 6 packs per month all delivered at the same time).
“Delivers close to 9th of the month”. This was dispatched on the 15th, still not arrived, just sitting in a dpd depot somewhere. This is supposed to be a fresh product and at £22 a pop, pretty poor.
Bought the grow your own kit. Grew remarkably fast and my car has been munching on it. Only four stars as delivery time is too long for the amount charged for delivery.
Found this company through Facebook. Brilliant experience from the start. Seeds arrived quicker than expected, and also grew faster than I thought they would. Two happy cats now happily chomping their way through this batch and another ready to be planted this weekend. Thank you :-)

This is a fantastic concept and a first class, superior product. The customer service is 5 star - Supportive, helpful, friendly and more than willing to answer any queries you may have. My cats are very happy that I have taken out a subscription and the product is of a very high standard, with various options to suit individual customers. At the moment I have opted to subscribe to ‘Grow Your Own’ pots and they have been very easy to grow and so convenient - I’m a very happy customer and my cats have luscious, organic grass constantly. I would not hesitate in recommending this product and the company. Now go treat your kitties to some fabulous cat grass - they won’t be disappointed!
