Love this company but recently have had a lot of shipping issues and delays. It’s been extremely annoying since you have to pay for shipping on any orders under 99 dollars. Really hoping it gets better soon.
I get exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The one time I didn't it was delivered by mistake to a different house and wasn't their fault. Their customer service was amazing and they still took care of me without it being a headache. Can't tell you how much that means to me.
