MRI Support staff is always friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable, they understand the system very well and can understand cases being questioned quickly and effectively. My recent experience was a request to fix an incorrect paid to date adjustment that had happened since the year before. The staff promised to get back with her complete answer soon, and she did it on the next business day.
